Denmark is internationally revered for its approach to management in general and people management in particular, with some of the most highly educated, trained, and involved employees in the world. During times of crisis, however, even Danish managers seem to revert to “old habits”, greatly reducing opportunities to fully exploit the potential of their workforce.
